_{What's this? New paper child categorization and THREE 0'S?? WHAT IS THIS WITCHCRAFT!?

LET ME TELL YOU!

BPC - Bust Paper Child. This is labeled 000 because it's the test for the upcoming project that I'm gonna start working on either tomorrow or the day after. (Good god I always seem to start these huge projects or sets right before school starts. Gotta stop doin' that.) I had this idea just this afternoon, so I decided to test it on someone simple. It works the same way as all the other paper children, but on a slightly bigger scale and it's only head and shoulders. Also, all the shading is done with make-up. This was not my intent, at first I was only going to do his skin in make up. Then I found this completely wonderful set of make up in my mums make up drawer. It's the size of an iPhone and it's got like every color and a ton of skin tones. That's when this got more epic - all the shading is now in make up. No colored pencils, all make up. Probably eye shadow, I dunno what it is. I started at 7 PM and officially finished at 9:11 PM, but I did have to take a break to find the make up and another to let a dog outside. So about two hours from start to finish, give or take a few minutes.

Now you probably want to know what this big project is I'm talking about. Well, every fandom I enter, I try to get in some fanart of all of them. (Kill la Kill needs more fanart. ;_; I want to make a normal chibi paper child thing for Ryuko but I dunno. I did make that glove so at least I haven't completely neglected it.) Lately I have been playing an unholy amount of Team Fortress 2. You probably know where this is going already, I'm trying to make bust shots of all 9 playable characters. I'm going in order of how they appear on the class selection screen. That means Scout comes first. I don't remember the rest of it I just know Scout is the first one and Spy is the last one. (Save the best for last ) I think I'll start out with doing thumbnails on post-it notes just so I know how it's gonna turn out in the end. I want them all to be unique and drawn in the right style. (Looking up refs will be fun OTL) That's what I tried to do here. I have some refs of Jack Frost on my computer at different angles so I tried to mimick the style, and I think it's pretty close. Kind of looks Disney to me. My mom freaked the hell out when she saw it. I haven't seen that reaction since I showed her that picture of David Tennant that took me a month to draw. She posted that on facebook, wonder if she'll post this too. She did take a pic, after all. All her friends think I'm great.

Poll time, comment your answer! For any of you that play TF2, or are at least interested in the characters, who are you most excited to see? Hoping I get to everybody, this is my biggest paper child project ever. It beats the Batman set by one. Oh, almost forgot - In addition to each bust, their little symbol thing will also be made. (PROPPER TERM? I DUNNO.) I'm doing it in style of Red team 'cause all the characters just look better in red IMO. Wish me luck. I'll start posting them when I'm done with all 9 of them.
